Dortmund duo ‘to leave for free’ in 2027? | OneFootball

Marcel Sabitzer and Ramy Bensebaini could leave Borussia Dortmund for nothing in 2027.

Ruhr Nachrichten reports that Dortmund do not intend to extend the pair’s contracts, which are due to expire next summer.

Neither player is understood to be contemplating a move this summer, and both are expected to remain important squad members, as in 2025/26.

Bensebaini joined from Borussia Mönchengladbach on a free transfer three years ago.

Sabitzer arrived in the same year from Bayern Munich for €20 million.
