One of the most exciting fixtures in the Serie A calendar takes place in Turin as Juventus and Inter Milan renew hostilities on Saturday.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport via FCInterNews, match fitness could work in the home team’s favor.
September’s international break is behind us.
However, the lingering effect of travel and heavy workloads may influence the players’ sharpness.
Furthermore, Juventus have already lost star winger Francesco Conceicao to a muscle injury.

Inter stars were lucky to avoid injuries, yet fatigue could still be an issue for several first-team regulars.
Indeed, the Nerazzurri internationals spent 1,565 minutes on the pitch during the break.
Meanwhile, Juventus players were on the field for 885 minutes – 680 minutes less than their Inter counterparts.
For example, Manuel Akanji, Alessandro Bastoni, and Denzel Dumfries didn’t miss a single minute of action for their national teams.
Yet, Inter can draw confidence from Lautaro Martinez’s relatively sparse game time.
El Toro was on the pitch for just 79 minutes, while Marcus Thuram collected 70 minutes against Iceland.
