Palmeiras are open to a permanent exit for midfielder Rômulo, now back at Novorizontino on loan after a 2024 move.
According to Nosso Palestra, clubs from Brazil’s Serie A and overseas have made enquiries, but no official offers have arrived.
There is no set asking price, and Palmeiras have indicated to his representatives that they prefer a sale to capitalise on his current form.
All parties are waiting for formal bids to align terms and decide his future. He has 21 appearances and seven goals this season.
Rômulo joined from Novorizontino in 2024 after impressing in the Campeonato Paulista, then returned on loan and again stood out in this year’s state tournament.
The club also want to retain a sell-on percentage in any deal, aiming to benefit from a future transfer.
Before the league resumes, Palmeiras host Cerro Porteño in the Libertadores on Wednesday 20 at Allianz Parque, and lead their group.
Winless in three in the Brasileirão, they then visit Flamengo at the Maracanã on Saturday 23 in a meeting at the top.
