Manchester United chiefs will listen to any offers that arrive for Kobbie Mainoo, Tyrell Malacia, Joshua Zirkzee and Manuel Ugarte in January.
That’s according to Mark Ogden via ESPN, who adds that any potential outgoings are most likely to take place after January 18 due to the Africa Cup of Nations, which would leave Ruben Amorim too short of options.

Of the quartet, fans would perhaps feel most aggrieved to see Mainoo leave, given he’s a direct product of the academy setup and has already accumulated a vast collection of eye-catching appearances in a United shirt.
A loan would certainly suit the 20-year-old more, as it would allow him to increase his minutes substantially in the build-up to next year’s World Cup; he has not been called up to the England squad since Thomas Tuchel took the reins at the start of the year, and will be well aware that he has little to no chance of featuring at the tournament if his situation continues as it is.
In the New Year, Malacia will enter the final six months of his Red Devils contract, meaning a winter sale is the last opportunity they’ll have to recuperate a fee for a player they paid £14.7 million for.

United agreed a £50.5m deal to sign Ugarte from Paris Saint-Germain only last year, and he has been utilised sparingly in his sophomore season, making only two league starts and being an unused substitute for four of the 13 matches played.
As for Zirkzee, he found the back of the net for the first time in 364 days when levelling the scoring against Crystal Palace on Sunday.
The game marked his second start of 2025/2026, although it is expected he will drop back to the bench when Benjamin Sesko and Matheus Cunha return from injury.
