Evelin completes Brazil training camp and returns to Sereias da Vila | OneFootball

Evelin Bonifácio has completed Brazil women’s training camp in Itu and returned to Sereias da Vila.

According to Diario Do Peixe, the attacking midfielder trained with the senior squad during the FIFA window from 14 to 20 June, as head coach Arthur Elias began preparations for the 2027 World Cup, which will be held in Brazil.

With one year to go, he has only four FIFA windows left to assemble the group, so Brazil continue to schedule friendlies and build through the rest of the year. Before the Itu camp, the team played two friendlies against the United States with different players.

Younger than some squad members, Evelin was called solely for the training period in the São Paulo interior. She has rejoined the senior setup after winning the FIFA Series in April on her senior debut.

At club level, she is part of the Sereias first team and had been a starter this season. Santos have recently extended her contract until the end of 2027.

Under head coach Marcelo Frigério, the squad continue to train at CT Rei Pelé during the World Cup break, and are due to resume in July in the Paulista and the Brasileirão A-1.
