Everton have reportedly made a formal bid for Chelsea midfielder Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.

The club is also targeting Southampton teenager Tyler Dibling as part of their recruitment plan.

He also has the discipline to sit deep and protect the back line when needed. During his brief spell with Chelsea, Dewsbury-Hall added silverware to his CV.

He was part of the squad that won the Europa Conference League and the FIFA Club World Cup.

Everton are hoping to beat competition from Fulham and convince Chelsea to accept their terms.
