Everton have reportedly made a formal bid for Chelsea midfielder Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.

The club is also targeting Southampton teenager Tyler Dibling as part of their recruitment plan.

Everton believe Dewsbury-Hall would add balance and dynamism to their midfield, and talks have started between both clubs over a potential deal.

The 26-year-old joined Chelsea from Leicester City for £30 million last summer. He has struggled to secure a regular spot in the first team.

Fulham have also shown interest in the English midfielder. The London-based club are monitoring the situation closely and may rival Everton if the deal progresses further.

Dewsbury-Hall would add depth to Everton’s squad

The former Leicester star is known for his high work rate and non-stop movement.

He plays as a box-to-box midfielder, supporting both defence and attack with consistent energy. He is adept at winning the ball back and quickly transitioning it forward.

His ability to create chances and recover possession makes him a valuable asset in central areas.

Desbury-Hall can cover large areas of the pitch and often presses opponents with intensity.

He also has the discipline to sit deep and protect the back line when needed. During his brief spell with Chelsea, Dewsbury-Hall added silverware to his CV.

He was part of the squad that won the Europa Conference League and the FIFA Club World Cup.

Everton are hoping to beat competition from Fulham and convince Chelsea to accept their terms.

Manager David Moyes believes Dewsbury-Hall can give his side extra stability and drive in midfield.
