Everton U21s came back brilliantly to beat PSV Eindhoven after going 2 goals behind in their second Premier League International Cup group game at Goodison Park on Monday night.
PSV took an early lead in the 9th minute, doubling their advantage in the second-half.
But Paul Tait’s second-half substitutions proved decisive, with goals inside 2 minutes from Malik Olayiwola and Kingsford Boayke drawing Everton level.
The winner then came from the penalty spot, as Shea Pita was brought down in the area and calmly converted the spot-kick himself to complete the comeback.
Everton U21s: G Pickford, Davis, Van Schoor, Tamen, Campbell, Foster (58' Olayiwola), Ebere (58' Boakye), Bates, Morgan (58' Akarakiri), Benjamin (70 Pita), Graham (83' Loney).

The U21s are playing PSV Eindhoven at Goodison tonight.
They were losing, 2-0 then two subs -- Olayiwola and Boakye -- make it 2-2 — a bad first half for the U21s but they have come back. Let’s see if they can get an unlikely victory.
The sub was Shea Pita, him and Olayiwola are both only 16 but playing and scoring for the U21s.
I hope they come into consideration for the FA Youth Cup game v Reading on Friday.
I think I'm talking to myself on this thread — are you listening to me, Michael!

Also, Dave, any opinion on Eli Campbell who was on the bench for the Chelsea game?

Edward (4),
I haven't seen enough of him to be honest because he came then went missing, injury or something else. Now he's back, let's see if he shows his potential.
Alan (5),
If you saw him, I think you'd know why the substitutes bench is also there to use the spaces on it. He was possibly the oldest player in the team the other night. I never saw the game but have seen him before and although he was on loan to a Scottish Premier League team last season, I doubt he impressed enough for any deal to materialise; he might make a living in the lower leagues.
Tamen is one centre back who might make it through to the first team I think on what little I've seen of him, think he is better than Campbell or Reece Welch.
