Ben Davies, Yves Bissouma, Dejan Kulusevski, Radu Dragusin, Kota Takai and James Maddison are all still out.

Jack Grealish was ineligible to face his parent club Manchester City last week, and will be back in contention for Everton.

Jarrad Branthwaite will miss out after undergoing hamstring surgery, with Nathan Patterson also sidelined.

Everton vs Tottenham prediction

Tottenham are the only team yet to lose away from home in the Premier League this season, but that record could come under threat on Sunday.

A pair of shaky performances against Villa and Monaco has left Frank with tricky questions to answer.

They struggled to create chances in both of their last two outings, and Frank has not had much time on the training ground to work on a fix. With Grealish back in the side, Everton will be well placed to punish an ineffective attack.

Expect a cagey affair. One goal could make all the difference.

Everton to win, 1-0.

Head to head (h2h) history and results

Sunday’s match will be Tottenham’s first appearance at Everton’s sparkling new home stadium, though their final appearance at Goodison Park ended in defeat after Archie Gray’s own-goal gave the Toffees an unassailable three-goal lead at half-time.
