Everton are plotting summer moves for Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Conor Gallagher and Chelsea striker Liam Delap, according to the Sun.

Everton manager David Moyes wants to strengthen his squad at the Hill Dickinson Stadium club and the English duo are on his radar.

Gallagher is expected to leave the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium if they get relegated, and the Toffees are keeping tabs on the situation.

Delap has struggled to play regularly at Chelsea and could leave the Stamford Bridge club if incoming manager Xabi Alonso signs another striker for the Blues.

Everton want to sign the former Ipswich Town striker on loan with an option to buy, and a move could appeal to him.

The 23-year-old has three goals and one assist in 45 appearances for Chelsea this term but notched 12 goals and weighed in with two assists in 37 Premier League games for Ipswich last term.

Delap could be a decent addition to the Everton attack and qualifying for Europe could boost their chances of luring him and other targets to Merseyside.

They are currently tenth in the league table and winning their remaining two games against Sunderland and Spurs could push them into the top-eight if Chelsea and Brentford drop points.

Gallagher will be standing in Everton’s way on the final day of the season as Tottenham may need to pick up all three points to keep their Premier League status.

The North London club are 17th in the table heading into their remaining two games, two points above the relegation zone.

They are in a relegation battle with West Ham United and could need six points to stay up if the Hammers also win their two games.

Everton will be monitoring the situation as Spurs getting relegated will work in their favour.

Gallagher will be a great addition to their midfield and could be available for around £35 million or less after joining Tottenham for that fee from Atletico Madrid in January.
