Fans slam Palmeiras’ attitude after defeat in Rio

Palmeiras lost the match against Vasco on Thursday night at São Januário. The São Paulo club took the lead in the first half but suffered a comeback in the second half. The defeat comes right after winning the Campeonato Paulista last Sunday, but the fans were not pleased with the team's performance.

On social media, fans flooded the post of the result on Palmeiras' official profile and criticized the club. The main points of criticism from the fans are the full-backs Jefté and Khellven, as well as the forward Luighi, a youth academy talent. The full-backs started as starters and were substituted. Meanwhile, the striker came on in the second half of the match and, within a few minutes, received a yellow card.
