Francesco Farioli has confirmed Nehuén Pérez will return to FC Porto’s squad and take a place on the bench after a long Achilles tendon absence.

According to O Jogo, the Porto head coach delivered the update during his pre-match briefing for the meeting with Santa Clara.

He said Pérez would be back with the team and among the substitutes.

Farioli explained that, in the latter phase of his recovery, Pérez had been almost always fit for matches and is almost there.

Kick-off is on Saturday at 15:30 at Estádio do Dragão.
