FC Daegu star names the Barcelona player who ‘stood out the most’ in friendly clash | OneFootball

FC Daegu star Bruno Lamas has revealed which member of Hansi Flick’s Barcelona squad impressed him most during the recent meeting between the sides.

Barcelona of course brought to a close their pre-season tour of Asia earlier this week.

After making the trip to South Korea, the Blaugrana locked horns with the aforementioned FC Daegu, in a friendly clash.

When all was said and done, the visitors, as expected, emerged comfortable victors by five goals to nil.

A whole host of Barca’s players impressed along the way, with Gavi having been on target to the tune of a brace, and Lamine Yamal having terrorised the Daegu backline throughout.

It was another member of Hansi Flick’s ranks, though, who left Bruno Lamas most impressed.

Speaking during an interview with Jijantes in the game’s aftermath, Daegu midfielder Lamas explained:

“There were many players who surprised me, but the one who stood out the most was De Jong. He didn’t lose a single ball and controlled the entire midfield.”
