FC Porto confirmed on Friday that Stephen Eustáquio has joined Los Angeles FC in the United States on loan until June, with a purchase option worth 7.25 million dollars.

The club said in a post that it marked his departure with an emotional farewell video.

The montage looked back on his arrival in the 2021/22 season, along with the goals he scored and the titles he celebrated.

The message said the journey continues but family is forever, described him as one of us yesterday, today and every day, and wished Eustáquio well.

Porto’s send-off underlined enduring ties as the midfielder heads to Los Angeles FC.
