FC Porto are unaware of any Anderlecht move for Lino Godinho, despite links in Italy suggesting he is a candidate to take charge.

Reports in Italy had positioned him as the preferred choice of sporting director Antoine Sibierski.

Some even indicated the Portuguese coach could be expected in Brussels on Tuesday.

O Jogo understands FC Porto have had no contact and have no knowledge of any such interest.

Godinho is assistant to Francesco Farioli.
