The first international break of 2025 sees a number of our Women’s first team players representing their countries over the next couple of weeks.
The UEFA Nations League is on the agenda for many of our European players this month, with the competition kicking off for just the second time in its history in Women’s football.
Midfielder Maite Oroz has earned a recall to the Spain squad for the first time since June, 2024, as she will look to help her nation retain the Nations League title after La Roja won the inaugural title in 2024.
Outside of Europe, Hayley Raso, Clare Hunt and Charlotte Grant’s Australia will compete in the SheBelieves Cup, while Rosella Ayane’s Morocco has international friendlies against Ghana and Haiti.
Among call-ups in the younger age categories, goalkeeper Eleanor Heeps has been named in the England Under-23s squad for the first time, with Ella Morris also returning to the Young Lionesses alongside Lenna Gunning-Williams.
