Chelsea clashed heads with Leeds United at Wembley Stadium earlier today as they hoped to secure a good result in the semifinals of the FA Cup. The Blues made a good start to the game and got their noses ahead in the 23rd minute when Enzo Fernandez found the back of the net. The West London club went into the half-time break 1-0 up on the scoreline.

The Blues sat on their lead well in the second 45 minutes and secured a narrow 1-0 win at Wembley.

Sanchez made a few solid saves at the back and secured an impressive clean sheet this afternoon.

RB: Malo Gusto – 7/10

He performed his defensive duties well and made one good run with the ball.

CB: Trevoh Chalobah – 7.5/10

Chalobah gave a good account of himself on the defensive end of the field.

CB: Tosin Adarabioyo – 7.5/10

He put his foot through the ball when he could and was a strong presence in the air.

LB: Marc Cucurella – 7/10

He cleared the danger when he could, but lacked quality in the final third.

CM: Romeo Lavia – 6.5/10

Lavia made one good chance in the final third and was replaced after the hour mark.

He earned possession back twice and was tidy with his passing.

RW: Pedro Neto – 7/10

Neto was a positive influence at both ends of the field.

CAM: Enzo Fernandez – 8.5/10

He was a constant menace in front of the opponent’s goal and did well to score the only goal of the game in the 23rd minute.

LW: Alejandro Garnacho – 7/10

Garnacho made one good run with the ball, but there was no goal for him.

ST: Joao Pedro – 7/10

He caused a few headaches for his marker but failed to find the back of the net.

He added some bite and steel to Chelsea’s midfield.
