Barcelona star Ferran Torres was the recipient of a historic gift on the part of ex-Blaugrana frontman David Villa on Wednesday.

Ferran of course played his part yesterday evening, as Barcelona were condemned to a rare defeat on the continent.

En route to a 2-1 defeat at the hands of Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League, the Spanish international opened the scoring in Catalunya’s capital.

And following the full-time whistle in proceedings, Ferran was back in the headlines once more.

As much came owing to an exchange during his post-match interview.

Speaking to DAZN, the former Manchester City man was questioned on his side’s defeat by pundits and former players alike.

One such player came in the form of the aforementioned David Villa, who went on to reveal that he had a personal gift to hand to Ferran, to be shared with fellow Blaugrana star Pedri.
