Fiel London plans special welcome for the Brabas at the Club World Cup

Corinthians will depart this Tuesday (20th) for London, England, to compete in the FIFA Women's Club World Cup, the Champions Cup. During the preparation period and matches in the English capital, the black-and-white squad will have a series of activities organized by Fiel Londres, the club’s supporters group based in the European country.

The schedule prepared by the fans begins at the airport, with a reception for the players upon their arrival in the country. Among the planned activities, captain Gabi Zanotti will be honored with gifts prepared by the supporters group, including personalized souvenirs, chocolates, and other items.

The Corinthians delegation will travel on two separate flights. On the first, scheduled for Tuesday afternoon, members of the coaching staff and six athletes will board. The second flight, set for the evening, will transport the other 20 players available for the competition. The tournament regulations allow up to 26 athletes to be registered.

During the match days, Fiel Londres also plans to attend the fan fests organized by FIFA. The idea is to bring the traditional Corinthians fan atmosphere, with celebrations outside the stadiums and the use of flares and fireworks. The entry of musical instruments into the arenas will not be allowed, while the approval for flags is still pending a decision from the event organizers.

In addition to local fans, Corinthians supporters from other European countries are already mobilizing to follow the Brabas in London. Groups from Portugal, Malta, Ireland, and France are expected to attend the matches to support the team.

Other activities are being discussed in partnership with Corinthian-Casuals, the English club considered a historic partner of Corinthians. Among the possibilities is an event with the women’s squad at the club’s facilities, with fans in attendance. Corinthian-Casuals has also helped by making tickets available at more affordable prices.

The competition also features Arsenal, from England, and ASFAR, from Morocco, and there is strong demand for tickets. For the Corinthians match, several sections of the Gtech Community Stadium, which holds 17,250 fans, are already occupied. Prices range from €5 for children (about R$37 in Brazilian currency) to €13 for adults (approximately R$96 in Brazilian currency).

Corinthians will debut in the World Cup on January 28, facing Gotham FC from the United States in the semifinal. If they advance, the team will return to the field on February 1, in the Champions Cup final, against the winner of the match between Arsenal and ASFAR.
