Fiorentina will face Jose Mourinho’s Real Madrid in a pre-season friendly on 1 August at the Wörthersee Stadion in Klagenfurt. The club said in a statement that kick-off is 18.00 local, 17.00 in the UK. Tickets go on sale from 15 July.

Both teams are set to hold their summer training camps in Austria, seeking cooler conditions.

It will be their second pre-season meeting, after Fiorentina visited the Bernabeu in summer 2017.

Fiorentina have arranged a busy warm-up schedule. They visit QPR at Loftus Road on 25 July, then Watford at Vicarage Road on 29 July.

Real Madrid await, before Deportivo La Coruna travel to the Viola Park complex on 6 August.
