Fiorentina are weighing up a move for Wolves left-back Hugo Bueno this summer, with Wolves said to value him at £15 million, according to ExpressAndStar.com. His future is uncertain following relegation.
The Portuguese came through the club’s youth ranks, is under contract until 2028 and made 35 Premier League appearances last season. David Moller Wolfe is another left-back option at Molineux.
Aston Villa are eyeing an £8m deal for Flamengo right-back Emerson Royal. The 27-year-old left Tottenham for AC Milan in 2024, then signed a three-year contract in Rio de Janeiro last summer. Unai Emery wants cover and competition for Matty Cash.
If Villa secure Royal, Flamengo could turn to Wolves teenager Pedro Lima as a replacement. The 19-year-old has attracted interest this summer, including links to Atletico Mineiro. There have not been negotiations so far, but Flamengo are said to hold interest if they need to replace Royal.
Villa forward Lewis Dobbin could head back to the Championship in a permanent move. The 23-year-old, a £10m signing from Everton in 2024, has since had loans with Albion, Norwich and Preston, scoring 11 goals with eight assists at Deepdale last season. Middlesbrough, beaten by Hull in the play-off final, are keen on a permanent deal.
