FC Bayern’s first departure of the summer has been confirmed: a talented player who was already on loan during the current season has now been signed permanently
SV Ried announced on Sunday that Jussef Nasrawe will remain with the club on a permanent basis. The central midfielder had already been loaned out to the Austrian first division club in the season just ended. He has now been signed permanently
Nasrawe has signed a one-year contract with the Innkreis club until 2027. He is currently in the play-offs with the Upper Austrians for a place in the conference. They won the first leg of their clash with Rapid Vienna 2:1. The 19-year-old played 90 minutes and even contributed an assist
Ried boss Wolfgang Fiala praised the development of his now permanent new signing: „Jussef has settled in very well with us and has made great progress in recent weeks.“

For Fiala, the signing of Nasrawe is an important step for the future of the club: „He will play an important role in the further development of our playing idea, which is why the decision to take up the purchase option was an obvious one,“ explained the sporting director
Even though Nasrawe already plays an important role in the SV Ried team, Fiala still sees room for development: „We mustn’t forget that Jussef has only just turned 19 and still has a lot of potential.“
Those responsible at the Iraqi national team also see his potential, as the Munich-born player, who is an Iraqi citizen, is in the provisional World Cup squad. „The fact that he may now be going to the World Cup shows his quality and his character,“ Fiala concludes about his protégé.
