Flamengo begin their Libertadores 2026 campaign on Wednesday away to Cusco, with Leonardo Jardim handling five confirmed absentees and one further doubt.

According to Coluna Do Fla, Alex Sandro has a muscle injury to the back of his right thigh, Pulgar has damaged the acromioclavicular joint in his right shoulder, and Everton Cebolinha remains in treatment for a fractured rib.

After surgery on his left heel, Saúl is still recovering, while Jorginho has a calf muscle injury. It leaves Jardim with a lengthy absentee list.

De La Cruz is not yet confirmed for Wednesday. The midfielder has reported feeling unwell when playing at altitude, and Flamengo are considering resting him, so the Uruguayan could miss the match in Peru.

Kick-off is at 21:30 Brasília time at Estádio Inca Garcilaso de la Vega, which sits more than 3,350 metres above sea level. Rede Globo, Paramount and GETV will broadcast the game.
