Flamengo map out week for São Paulo and Corinthians in Brasileirão and Supercopa | OneFootball

After a 2-1 defeat to Fluminense, Flamengo, led by Filipe Luís, have set their week-long schedule for two key fixtures, at São Paulo in the Brasileirão on Wednesday 28 and against Corinthians in the Supercopa do Brasil on Sunday 1 in Brasília.

According to Coluna Do Fla, the squad reported back at 9.30 on Monday 26 at CT Ninho do Urubu, then train again at 9.30 on Tuesday before travelling to São Paulo in the afternoon. The report adds that both matches will be shown on Rede Globo’s free-to-air channel, with on-site coverage planned.

That leaves two full sessions before the Brasileirão opener at Morumbis, where Flamengo face São Paulo in the first round.

On returning from São Paulo, the players will have Thursday 29 off. Training resumes at 9.30 on Friday 30 and Saturday 31, the latter followed by travel to Brasília.

On Sunday 1, Flamengo meet Corinthians at Estádio Mané Garrincha in search of their first trophy of the season.
