Flamengo resume training on Friday morning with eyes on the Supercopa do Brasil, days after a 2-1 defeat at São Paulo at Morumbi.
According to Coluna Do Fla, the session at the CT is scheduled to start at 9:30 Brasília time, following a rest day on Thursday.
The session could feature additions, as Lucas Paquetá arrived in Rio de Janeiro on Thursday and is expected to be integrated into the squad at Ninho do Urubu.
With the Brasileirão only one round old, Flamengo are 14th without a point. The table is congested, with many teams sharing the same points and goal difference.
After two straight defeats this season, Filipe Luís’s side have a chance to respond with silverware when they face Corinthians in the Supercopa on Sunday at 16:00 at Estádio Mané Garrincha, Brasília.
The match will be shown on free-to-air television on Rede Globo.
