Flamengo ‘to consider’ Bernardo Silva after Manchester City exit announcement | OneFootball

Bernardo Silva has announced he will leave Manchester City on a free in June. Flamengo are analysing the possibility, but there are no negotiations at present.

According to Paparazzo Rubro-Negro, José Boto views a potential move for Bernardo positively.

The midfielder is expected to be heavily pursued in July. He is a target for clubs in the United States and Saudi Arabia, and for Barcelona and Juventus.

Bernardo emerged at Benfica, then made his name at Monaco under Leonardo Jardim. He was part of the side that won the French title under the coach who now leads Flamengo.

Flamengo intend to act in the mid-year market during the World Cup break, with additions also planned in attack. Gonzalo Plata is on the list of negotiable players, so Bernardo could be an option.
