Flamengo to rest Arrascaeta, Ortiz, Rossi and four others for Sampaio Corrêa | OneFootball

Flamengo will rest several players for their Campeonato Carioca meeting with Sampaio Corrêa, despite a quarter-final place being at stake.

According to Globo.com, Rossi, Varela, Alex Sandro, Léo Ortiz, De La Cruz, Allan and Arrascaeta have not been named in the squad, though all trained earlier on Saturday at Ninho do Urubu.

Filipe Luís is also without Jorginho, Luiz Araújo and Saúl, who are in the medical department.

Flamengo are expected to start with Andrew, Royal, Vitão, Léo Pereira (Danilo) and Ayrton Lucas, Evertton Araújo, Pulgar and Carrascal, Paquetá, Samuel Lino (Cebolinha) and Pedro.

Kick-off at the Maracanã is at 21:00 on Saturday.
