There was plenty of Refereeing decisions that have got Chelsea fans annoyed in this game, although manager Liam Rosenior has refused to draw in on those as excuses for the loss as he fronted up after the game last night.

After Pedro Neto then became the latest player to get sent off for Chelsea, Rosenior also spoke about his team’s big problem with discipline, which continues to haunt them.

Netos’ sending off though, was rightfully uncontested by everyone other than Neto himself, who decided to keep on moaning about it whilst he took about 5 minutes to get down the tunnel!

Sutton brands Neto an idiot!

Speaking on BBC Radio 5 Live’s 606, Chris Sutton hammered winger Neto for his red card and ultimately, his criticism sums up how Chelsea have been the authors of their own downfall for much of the season.

“From Chelsea’s point of view, Pedro Neto let them down badly. What an idiot getting sent off like that. It made it impossible for them to get back into the match,” Sutton said, criticising Chelsea winger Neto.

He’s dead right unfortunately

Having already been on a yellow card, it was a ridiculous decision for him to lunge in and concede a tactical foul. It stopped an attack so he got booked. It was very silly.
