Milan have an opportunity to bounce back from a poor run of form that has led to three consecutive 2-1 defeats in Serie A when they face Lecce at the weekend, and Wednesday’s reports claim that Sergio Cocneicao will make a handful of alterations to his side in an attempt to stop the rut.
The Rossoneri have slipped to ninth place in the Serie A table following a run of consecutive 2-1 defeats against Torino, Bologna and Lazio most recently.
Conceicao’s side currently sit 11 points outside of the Champions League positions and 18 points off their rivals Inter at the top of the league standings. Milan now need a minor miracle if they are to qualify for the Champions League.

Wednesday’s reports claim that there could be a series of changes to the Milan line-up for their upcoming game away against Lecce in Serie A at the weekend.
Conceicao will have to make two enforced changes regardless, as both Mike Maignan and Strahinja Pavlovic have been handed one-match bans, which rules them out of the Lecce trip.

That means that there will be an opportunity for either Marco Sportiello or youngster Lorenzo Torriani in goal, and either Fikayo Tomori or Malick Thiaw to come back in at centre-half.
La Gazzetta dello Sport claims that Rafael Leao and Theo Hernandez are both at risk of being dropped for the Lecce match.
Alex Jimenez is the most likely candidate to come in if Theo is left out of the line-up against Lecce.
If Leao is dropped, there could be an opportunity for January recruit Riccardo Sottil out on the left wing, or for Samuel Chukwueze on the right, with Christian Oulisic moving over to the left.
