There are now apparently FOUR Premier League clubs lining up to sign Chelsea goalkeeper Filip Jorgensen this summer.

The Blues stopper is reportedly up for sale at the end of this season because he wants to be at a club where he is number one.

Chelsea fans will not be upset if he is sold this summer, I don’t think there are many Blues fans who rate Jorgensen much at all – he’s hardly impressed in a Chelsea shirt.

He certainly has some decent traits about him but overall, most Chelsea fans will see this signing as a failure – they paid over £20m to sign him as well, so although it’s not an expensive signing, they are still going to need to get all of that fee back plus a bit more if they can, to sell him this summer.

4 PL clubs in for Jorgensen

TEAMtalk are reporting that Chelsea are bracing themselves for the departure of Jorgensen this summer after he formally requested to leave the club.

Premier League clubs are apparently expected to move for Jorgensen, with their sources stating that four Premier League sides are keen, with Jorgensen’s reasonable valuation making him an attractive proposition for sides seeking reliable, modern goalkeepers.

They do not mention any of the PL clubs that are keen though.

Mike Penders had a good season for Strasbourg and has been picked for the best under 23 team in Europe’s top 5 leagues. He is up alongside some other top names such as Kenan Yildiz.

Chelsea were close to signing Leipzig’s in demand winger Yan Diomande after a trial a few years ago, and now probably wish they had done. Right, who said not to him then? Own up!
