Roma owners Dan and Ryan Friedkin are expected to attend their first Roma game in months.
The American owners, as reported by Leggo, are expected at the Spurs facility, New White Hart Lane, to follow the team closely and, implicitly, make their closeness felt at a time when the season really risks derailing.
Their presence on Thursday, therefore, is not only symbolic, but represents a sign of support for the new course led by Claudio Ranieri and stars like Dybala, who need to regain confidence and form.
With Tottenham fresh from a sensational triumph against Manchester City, the challenge in London will therefore be a crucial test for a Roma that is looking for certainties, on and off the pitch.
The presence of the Friedkins could make the difference, sending a clear message: the ownership is there, and does not intend to give up.
