From Aravena to Jardiel, how Grêmio’s 2026 loanees are faring | OneFootball

According to Globo.com, Grêmio have seven players out on loan in 2026, six until the end of the year. Five Alberto Guerra-era signings were moved on under Odorico Roman, and academy pair Ronald, 23, and Jardiel, 21, are also out on loan.

Olivera is at Bahia until December with a 3.5 million dollars option. He has 29 appearances, two goals and three assists. Nacional revisited a move mid-year but Grêmio rejected the offer, and after he tried to exit Bahia he confirmed in August he would stay, with his Grêmio contract running to 2027.

Ronald is loaned to Fortaleza until December 2026 and has 27 outings with one goal, mostly as a substitute. Grêmio rejected an Al-Ain offer for him. Jardiel has eight games and one goal for Novorizontino, and both are under contract at Grêmio until 2027.

Right-back João Lucas joined Remo in January and tore the ACL in his left knee on 15 March. He has 12 appearances and is on loan until year end, with his Grêmio deal to 2027. Camilo is a regular at Chapecoense with 41 games, on loan until December 2026.

Aravena is on loan at Portland Timbers with a buy option, with 16 games and one goal, and returned in September after a July hip injury. He is contracted to Grêmio until 2028. Monsalve joined Estudiantes in August on a one-year loan with an option, is yet to debut after three bench listings, and has a Grêmio deal to December 2028.
