Benjamin Lecomte has had to bide his time as Bernd Leno's understudy at Fulham.

All of the French goalkeeper's appearances for Marco Silva's side have come in cup competitions with his latest in Sunday's FA Cup fifth round clash with Southampton.

But Lecomte has made good use of his limited playing time with the Cottagers as he produced a sublime stop to deny Finn Aziz during the second half in west London.

Fulham had seen two potential openers ruled out in either half before the visitors staged a breakaway in hopes of pulling off one of the tournament's latest shocks.

Unfortunately for the Saints, the 34-year-old pulled off one of the saves of his career.
