A fierce West London derby takes place at Craven Cottage on Saturday evening as Fulham host a Brentford side struggling for attacking creativity.
Marco Silva’s Cottagers have dominated this fixture of late, completing the double over the Bees last season, and will be looking to build on a crucial win before the international break.
Brentford, meanwhile, arrive in 12th place, aiming to find the consistency that has so far eluded them this season.
Marco Silva has the rare luxury of a fully fit squad to choose from for the derby. With no injury concerns, he can name his strongest possible side.
Keith Andrews is missing Gustavo Nunes, who is ruled out through injury. The match is set to be a special occasion for midfielder Jordan Henderson, who is in line to make his 500th career league appearance. Igor Thiago will likely lead the line for the visitors.
The Cottagers secured a vital 1-0 win over Leeds in their last outing, providing a much-needed boost after an inconsistent start. Their key strength has been their defensive organisation. In fact, Fulham are one of only two Premier League teams yet to concede a goal from open play this season. However, their poor record in London derbies is a concern.
The Bees have struggled for attacking fluency this season, registering the second-fewest shots in the Premier League. Their away form has also been poor, as they are winless in their last three league games on the road. A midweek cup win on penalties against Aston Villa will have lifted spirits, though.
Fulham predicted XI: Leno; Tete, Andersen, Bassey, Sessegnon; Lukic, Berge; Wilson, King, Iwobi; Muniz.
Brentford predicted XI: Kelleher; Kayode, van den Berg, Collins, Pinnock, Lewis-Potter; Jensen, Henderson, Yarmolyuk; Thiago, Schade.
The match will be broadcast live on Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Premier League in the UK. Coverage begins at 7:30 pm BST.
