Fulham host Manchester United at Craven Cottage on Sunday seeking a third straight match without defeat after holding Liverpool to a goalless draw and edging past West Ham United in the EFL Cup.
Alvaro Arbeloa is still searching for his first Premier League win as head coach, with a single point from four games so far. Arbeloa is expected to restore the side that frustrated Liverpool at Anfield rather than the largely second-string team that got the job done at West Ham in midweek.
Kenny Tete is unavailable after being concussed, and Tom Cairney continues his recovery from a knee injury. Ryan Sessegnon is in contention to return from a groin problem, though he will need to pass a late fitness test. Antonee Robinson’s place at left-back looks safe regardless, with Timothy Castagne a guarantee at right-back in Tete’s absence.
Cesar Palacios and Rodrigo Muniz will make way from the side that started at West Ham despite finding the net in that game, as will Emile Smith Rowe and Kevin, with Alex Iwobi, Gonzalo Garcia, Oscar Bobb and Josh King restored to the starting XI. David Affengruber and Calvin Bassey are set to return in central defence in front of Bernd Leno.
Fulham possible starting XI (4-2-3-1): Leno; Castagne, Affengruber, Bassey, Robinson; Berge, Charles; Bobb, King, Iwobi; Garcia
The Premier League match kicks off at 16:30 on Sunday, 20 September 2026.
The match will be broadcast live on Sky Sports Main Event in the UK.
