In the merry month of May, the highlights just keep on coming. Last weekend, we already snatched a proud draw against league leaders FK Austria Vienna, and now we are aiming to build on that success in our away match against the other team in the top two. ADMIRAL Women's Bundesliga champions SKN St. Pölten will be our opponents at the NV Arena on Saturday (16:00 CEST).
At the halfway point of the championship group, we face a double-header against Austria's number one team of the last decade, just before another highlight: the ÖFB Women's Cup final against Austria Vienna on 14 May, for which tickets are now on general sale.

However, our own expectations are too high to let the next hurdle throw us off course. After all, we're aiming for improvement after the first away trip to the Lower Austrian capital didn't go as planned – we want to make amends for the 1-6 defeat. It won't be easy, as they have managed an away win against SKN St. Pölten, and the Wolves have only conceded four goals at home this league season.
The hosts, meanwhile, are still hoping for a championship-worthy comeback to perhaps close the four-point gap to the top and secure their eleventh consecutive league title. You can follow our game in St. Pölten as usual via ÖFB TV.
Of course, this match is very important and a big challenge against a top team, arguably the best in the league in terms of playing ability. For us, it's not about a dress rehearsal, but about the next match in the championship group and delivering our best performance on the pitch. Our focus is entirely on St. Pölten - everything else comes after that!
