Gabi Zanotti represents Corinthians at FIFA event in London | OneFootball

Gabi Zanotti fronted Corinthians’ media duties at an official FIFA event in London, giving interviews and posing with the Copa das Campeãs da FIFA trophy ahead of the club’s debut.

According to Meu Timao, she was selected to represent the club in FIFA’s institutional content, appearing with the silverware and a club-branded taxi with Tower Bridge in the background.

Zanotti took part alongside representatives from Gotham FC, Arsenal and ASFAR, the other three sides remaining in the Mundial Feminino.

Corinthians have been busy since arriving in England last Wednesday, welcomed by Fiel Londres with a tribute to Zanotti. Players also attended a match and met footballers from Corinthian-Casuals, the English sibling and inspiration for the club’s foundation.

Crowned Rainha da América for the second consecutive year, Zanotti will be one of Lucas Piccinato’s key references for this first appearance in the tournament. The squad spent the opening days incomplete due to documentation issues for Paola Garcia, Dayana Rodríguez and Gisela Robledo, though the trio are now en route to the United Kingdom.

Corinthians face Gotham FC in the semi-final on Wednesday at nine thirty (Brasília time) at the Gtech Community Stadium, home of Brentford. The third-place match and the final are scheduled for one February.
