Rowe, 22, joined Bologna from Marseille earlier this season for 017 million. He is familiar to Galatasaray supporters, having previously played alongside the club9s current midfield engine Gabriel Sara at Norwich City.

The Englishman has delivered seven goals and four assists in 38 appearances this term, including four goals and two assists in the Europa League.

Okan Buruk has reportedly approved a move for Rowe. The hierarchy aim to use the lure of Champions League football to persuade him to move to Istanbul, with an official offer to Bologna expected in the coming weeks.
