Shaw voted Etihad Player of the Season

Andrée Jeglertz’s side were crowned champions of England following a fantastic top-flight campaign in 2025/26.

The Blues amassed 55 points - our joint-highest ever in the competition - to win the title for the first time since 2016.

In celebration of the Club’s phenomenal campaign and achievement, players and staff were welcomed to the Manchester city centre arena by thousands of supporters who were also in attendance.

During the event, City announced Khadija ‘Bunny’ Shaw had won Etihad Player of the Season and Lyndsey Hewitt was named Fan of the Season.

It was the perfect way to bookend a historic and memorable WSL season.
