Gian Piero Gasperini could end up staying at Atalanta after being linked with Roma.

With the season winding to a close, Roma are yet to appoint a new manager.

The Giallorossi have been consistently linked with Gasperini as one of the main candidates for the job.

The current Atalanta coach seemed destined to leave Bergamo until recently, but the scenario could have changed.

According to Tuttomercatoweb, the Bergamaschi have made a proposal to renew Gasperini’s contract until 2027.

At the moment, there has not yet been an official response from Gasperini, whose current contract expires in 2026.
