Germany name 23 for Women’s World Cup qualifiers against Austria | OneFootball

According to BuLi News, Christian Wück has named a 23-woman Germany squad for April’s 2027 Women’s World Cup qualifiers against Austria.

Germany host Austria at the Max-Morlock-Stadion in Nürnberg on 14 April, then travel to their neighbours four days later.

Wück’s side opened the campaign with emphatic victories over Slovenia and Norway, while Austria have yet to register a point.

Wolfsburg forward Cora Zicai returns after illness ruled her out of the opening two matches. Klara Bühl remains absent with a serious injury.

There are 10 players on standby, seven from the U23 selection. The 23 include established names such as Lea Schüller, Jule Brand and Nicole Anyomi.
