Greg Taylor has reportedly arrived in Greece in order to complete his transfer to PAOK. The Scotland Internationalist is out of contract at Celtic today and he has reportedly arrived as he seeks to switch Glasgow for Thessaloniki. The 27-year-old left back had been targeted by a number of European sides but perhaps not as many as the player would have liked.
As reported by Greek outlet Novasports, the five-time title winner has touched down to complete the final steps of completing a three year deal with the ‘Biceps’.

Celtic confirmed the return of Kieran Tierney earlier this month as the former £25m man returns to retain his left back berth at the club. This news filtered through in late January/early February, resulting in talks regarding Taylor’s extension cooling.
After signing from Kilmarnock in the summer of 2019 to replace Tierney, Taylor has won 11 major trophies. The fullback has fought off a number of players for the jersey, even adapting his game to play as an inverted left back under Ange Postecoglou. Taylor has made 216 appearances for Celtic, scoring 9 goals and assisting on 33 occasions. The player would be a loss as he is a leader on the pitch and clearly a big character in the dressing room. Brendan and the club have left the decision up to the player in recognition of his service to the club over the last six years.
