Grêmio host Fla in the Brasileirão on Sunday, 10 May 2026 at the Arena do Grêmio, with the unbeaten-at-home hosts seeking a climb from 14th while the visitors, second on 27 points, look to sustain their title push.
Grêmio have not lost at home this league season, winning four and drawing two, while Flamengo arrive with four away wins. Recent meetings include a 1-1 draw in August 2025 and a 2-0 Flamengo victory in Porto Alegre in April 2025.
Imortal come in unbeaten in five across competitions, all with clean sheets, including a 3-0 win at Riestra and stalemates at Athletico Paranaense and Palestino. Fla are also unbeaten in five, with three wins, notably 4-0 away at Atlético Mineiro, before draws against Estudiantes and Vasco da Gama.
Tricolor Gaúcho are without Mathias Villasanti and Francis Amuzu through injury, with Riquelme suspended and Marlon sidelined. Mengão miss Giorgian de Arrascaeta and Lucas Paquetá to injury, and Alex Sandro is suspended, so creativity may need to come from other midfield options.
Imortal have conceded only five league goals at home, but Fla have scored 13 away and could look to test that record through their frontline, with Pedro and Bruno Henrique among the threats. For the hosts, Cristian Pavon and Tetê may offer the outlet to exploit transitions.
A home win would move Tricolor Gaúcho to 20 points and could edge them towards the Sudamericana places while putting more daylight above the relegation zone. Victory for Fla would take them to 30 points, tighten the title race and further cement a Libertadores berth.
