Guillermo Brown confirmed the continuation of Emanuel Trípodi as first-team coach for the 2026 Torneo Federal A season, the club said in a statement on Saturday.

He began his tenure against Olimpo on 24 May and oversaw 23 matches, recording 11 wins, 4 draws and 8 defeats. Four of those losses came in the Reválida knockout rounds, which his side reached with a strong run.

In that phase Brown knocked out Villa Mitre and Sportivo Belgrano, before losing in the quarter-finals to Atlético de Rafaela. Rafaela went on to clinch the division’s second promotion to Primera Nacional.

Work is under way to assemble the professional squad for next season, and pre-season is scheduled to start in February.

The 2026 Torneo Federal A is due to begin in mid-March and will repeat its format, with four zones, two promotions to Primera Nacional and four relegations to the Torneo Regional Federal Amateur. The campaign is slated to end on 10 December.
