Hansi Flick refused to reprimand his players after the 2-1 defeat to Las Palmas at home, and as relayed earlier this week, instead asked them to stay united in the difficult moment.
While the manager is known to be brutal with his instructions and reflection on games, he has shown great understanding of the physical and mental fatigue that comes with the hectic calendar.
Now having dropped significant points in La Liga, however, the team is under pressure to deliver against Mallorca tomorrow night in what will be a massive league showdown.
As revealed by MARCA in a recent update, Barcelona and Hansi Flick have been taking conscious steps towards improvement to ensure that they can turn their fortunes around tomorrow night.

Despite training being moved forward by an hour, players arrived early and had a talk with Flick where the coach strived to understand the emotional and sporting mindset of his players.
They discussed, in detail, the shortcomings in recent games and where the team went wrong.
The German tactician had a word with the squad to urge them forward. He even had a long and detailed talk with Robert Lewandowski who is one of the leaders and most indispensable pieces of his setup.
Playing at Son Moix, it will be interesting to see how the Blaugrana step up and respond to the criticism being thrown their way.
The presence of Dani Olmo, Lamine Yamal, Alejandro Balde and Marc Casado as starters will indeed prove to be a game-changer for it will be the first game after the international break with the best XI available.
