Herbert Hainer dismisses Real Madrid move for Michael Olise | OneFootball

FC Bayern president Herbert Hainer has told Real Madrid to look elsewhere, insisting Michael Olise is not for sale.

“If Florentino Pérez wants to send us a bid for Olise, which has not happened so far, he can save himself the trouble,” Hainer told Bild on Sunday.

“He is a player of FC Bayern with a long-term contract. And, we are not a selling club.”

Olise has dominated headlines this week after being drawn into Real Madrid’s presidential election campaign.

Florentino Pérez has confirmed that Real Madrid’s forthcoming mega bid is not for Olise. However, Fabrizio Romano reports that the record Champions League winners are preparing an offer for the Bundesliga’s Best Player of the Season.

The 24-year-old winger will play in his first major tournament this summer.
