Himad Abdelli completed his move from Angers to Marseille on Monday.

He has signed a four and a half year contract. According to L'Équipe, Marseille are understood to have paid just under three million euros, plus one million in bonuses and a small sell-on percentage.

Abdelli, 26, is an Algeria international.

The transfer had been expected for several days.

He operates primarily as an attacking midfielder.
