Chelsea travel to Bergamo to take on Atalanta in the Champions League on Tuesday.
The Blues humiliated Barcelona in their most recent Champions League outing, thrashing them 3-0 at Stamford Bridge.
However, that stunning victory hasn’t brought them any good fortune, with the Blues failing to win any of their subsequent three games on returning to Premier League duties.
Chelsea have taken just two points from nine on offer, but will look to return to winning ways in midweek.
Manager Enzo Maresca may decide to tone down his rotation policy on Tuesday.
Robert Sanchez should retain his place in the starting line-up, ahead of Filip Jorgensen, who is rumoured to be angling for an exit in search of regular playing time.
There could be changes in defence, with Marc Cucurella finally handed a breather alongside Wesley Fofana.
Maresca previously admitted that he regretted starting Tosin Adarabioyo ahead of Josh Acheampong in the defeat at Leeds United, so the latter should get the nod at centre-back.
While he partners with Trevoh Chalobah, Jorrel Hato should come in at left back, with Malo Gusto lining up on the other flank.
Moises Caicedo is two games into his three-match domestic suspension, but he’s eligible to face Atalanta and should return to the midfield.
Andrey Santos will likely partner him, while Enzo Fernandez pushes up to the number ten role in place of Cole Palmer.
Estevao should also return to the team, with Jamie Gittens potentially given the nod on the left flank. Joao Pedro will lead the line.
