Inter Milan remain firmly on course to win their 21st Serie A title despite suffering a narrow 1-0 loss to AC Milan last night.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport via FCInter1908, the Nerazzurri could rewrite the club’s history books this season.
Cristian Chivu is close to winning the Scudetto in his first season at San Siro.
Despite losing another Derby della Madonnina yesterday, his men are still seven points clear of second-placed AC Milan.
With only ten games left to play, Inter remain in pole position to secure their second league title in three years.

Milan boss Massimiliano Allegri got the better of his Nerazzurri counterpart in both Serie A meetings this season.
Indeed, Milan won both league clashes against their bitter rivals by an identical 1-0 scoreline.
Curiously, Inter have never won the Scudetto when losing both games against the Rossoneri, making this a unique opportunity for Chivu to rewrite history.
However, there’s no room for complacency, especially as the Nerazzurri are facing a tough schedule.
In addition to facing Atalanta next weekend, they will meet Fiorentina, Roma, and Como in their next four league outings.
