However, this only includes Wednesday as an asset and does not take into account Hillsborough Stadium, which Chansiri also owns, as part of that valuation.

Chansiri bought Hillsborough in 2019 from the previous owners for around £60 million to ensure the club was in profit and did not breach spending rules.

With Chansiri setting a £100 million asking price on the club, it is difficult to see anyone coming in and paying that amount, meaning it surely cannot be worth that asking price.

In the end though, a football club is only worth as much as what someone is willing to pay for it, so it's almost impossible to put a fixed price on any club, let alone the Owls.
