Argentina have arrived in the United States to complete preparations for the 2026 World Cup, and will be based at the Sporting KC Training Centre in Kansas City. The Albiceleste are chasing a fourth world title, with the tournament due to begin in 10 days.

According to SuperDepor.com, the squad will use the complex over the coming weeks as they finalise their build-up.

Opened in 2018, the site was created through a collaboration worth millions between the local MLS club, the United States football federation and the Children´s Mercy medical centre.

It features five state-of-the-art pitches. The 'SuperPitch' comprises three adjoining fields, alongside two synthetic surfaces ringed by LED lighting and a 'Pabellón de Entrenadores' for elevated filming and analysis.

The gym spans almost 1,200 square metres, combining strength equipment with synthetic-turf zones for functional and speed work.

One group match will be staged in Kansas City, with the other two in Dallas, only one hour and a half by plane. Argentina open on 16 June against Algeria.
